Our Mission

Is to empower both customers and vendors by providing them with the insights and tools to optimize their investments. We believe that purchases aren’t a zero-sum game; both customers and vendors can benefit from ensuring that the correct product has been purchased, for the correct price, with both parties able to see through metrics that the anticipated benefits have been delivered. We are dedicated to solving the problem of wasted spend and helping our customers understand the true value of their tools by ensuring that both customers and vendors work together to minimize inefficiencies, maximize utilization, and ensure that every dollar counts.

What problems are we solving?

These are numerous but examples include organizations buying multiple overlapping tools to fill gaps in their environment while not focusing on what the problem was to begin with, or a customer looking to buy a solution but never following through on attempting to achieve the outcomes they were initially after. This can happen for a number of reasons, whether the project owner leaves the organization, or a senior stakeholder decides that they would like to go in a new direction, but we are committed to simplifying the process and improving visibility for both customers and vendors.

What We Do

We realize that there is a fundamental gap in how organizations purchase software. Highly paid sales teams have a plethora of tools at their disposal to help show customers what the “value” of their software is, but at the end of the day, the client is looking to find a solution to a problem. Think of us as flipping the concept of value-based selling, so that instead we look at value-based buying; once a customer identifies the cost of their problem, KangaROI is here to help them model the potential solutions against each other, then track the costs and benefits to ensure that the solution they choose is not just the correct solution on day one, but the correct solution for every stage of the project lifecycle. We will guide you from building a business case, through project handover, to project check-ins, ROI tracking and analytics.
