What problems are we solving?
These are numerous but examples include organizations buying multiple overlapping tools to fill gaps in their environment while not focusing on what the problem was to begin with, or a customer looking to buy a solution but never following through on attempting to achieve the outcomes they were initially after. This can happen for a number of reasons, whether the project owner leaves the organization, or a senior stakeholder decides that they would like to go in a new direction, but we are committed to simplifying the process and improving visibility for both customers and vendors.
